Klow Peptide is committed to protecting the privacy of its users. This privacy policy describes the personal data we collect, how we use it, and the measures we take to protect it.

Data collected:

• Email address: We collect your email address only when you voluntarily subscribe to our newsletter. This subscription is optional and based on your explicit consent.
• Browsing data: Anonymized technical data (browser type, operating system, pages visited, visit duration) is automatically collected via our analytics tools.

Data we do NOT collect:

• We do not collect names, postal addresses, phone numbers, or any other direct identification data beyond the newsletter email address.
• We do not sell, rent, or share any personal data with third parties for commercial purposes.
• The Site itself does not require an account. The Peptide Lab app does: see the "Peptide Lab App" section below for the data it collects.

Peptide Lab (available on the web and as a mobile app) requires an account and stores the data you enter into it. This section describes what the app collects.

Data collected in the app:

• Email address: used to create your account and to sign you in with a one-time code. No password is stored.
• Tracking data you enter: peptides and vials, reconstitution calculations, injection logs (dose, date, injection site), weight entries and side effects you record. This data is health-related, is stored on our servers, and is visible only to you.
• Usage analytics: product analytics (PostHog) to understand how the app is used.
• Payment: purchases are handled on the website by Stripe. We never receive or store your card details.

How we use it: solely to provide the tracking features to you. Your tracking data is never sold, rented or shared with third parties, and is not used for advertising.

Security: all traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS).

Deleting your account: you can permanently delete your account at any time from Settings > Delete Account in the app. This immediately and irreversibly erases your account and all associated tracking data (peptides, injections, weight, side effects) from our servers. You may also request deletion by email.

The Site uses cookies to improve the user experience and analyze traffic.

Types of cookies used:

• Essential cookies: Required for the proper functioning of the Site (language preferences, session management). These cookies do not require your consent as they are essential to providing the service.
• Analytics cookies: Used to understand how visitors interact with the Site (most viewed pages, bounce rate, visit duration). These cookies help us improve the Site's content and usability. They are activated only after your consent.

Cookie management:

You can modify your cookie preferences at any time via the cookie management banner displayed during your first visit, or by changing your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect your browsing experience on the Site.

Cookie lifespan: Analytics cookies are retained for a maximum of 13 months, in accordance with CNIL recommendations.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right of access: You may obtain confirmation as to whether personal data concerning you is being processed, and obtain a copy thereof.
• Right to rectification: You may request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
• Right to erasure: You may request the deletion of your personal data when it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
• Right to object: You may object to the processing of your personal data on legitimate grounds.
• Right to portability: You may receive the personal data you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.
• Right to withdraw consent: You may withdraw your consent at any time (for example, by unsubscribing from the newsletter via the unsubscribe link in each email).

You also have the right to file a complaint with a supervisory authority (in France: CNIL — www.cnil.fr).

Personal data collected is retained for a limited duration proportionate to the purpose of processing:

• Email address (newsletter): Retained as long as you remain subscribed to the newsletter. Upon unsubscription, your email address is removed from our mailing list within 30 days.
• Browsing data (analytics cookies): Retained for a maximum of 13 months from the date the cookie is placed, in accordance with CNIL recommendations.
• Server logs: Technical connection logs are retained for a maximum of 12 months for security and maintenance purposes.

Upon expiration of these periods, data is permanently deleted or irreversibly anonymized.

Data security: We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, destruction, or alteration. Access to data is limited to individuals with a legitimate need to access it in the course of their duties.
