These terms and conditions of sale govern the subscription to and use of the paid plans of Peptide Lab, the reconstitution calculation and protocol tracking application available at klow-peptide.com and on the app stores.
They apply to any order placed on the site. Purchases made from an installed application are also subject to the terms of the relevant store, as set out in Article 6.
Any subscription constitutes acceptance of these terms, in the version in force on the day of the order.
FUSSEC SERVICES LLC publishes and operates the Peptide Lab site and application.
Peptide Lab is a calculation and tracking tool. It calculates a volume to draw based on the values you enter, records your vials, your injections and your measurements, displays half-life curves and sends you reminders at the times you choose.
Peptide Lab does not provide any medical advice. It does not make any diagnosis, and does not recommend any substance, dosage or protocol. Any dosage ranges that may be mentioned come from scientific publications and are provided for strictly informational purposes. Calculations are performed based on the values you enter: their accuracy depends on those values, and verifying them is your responsibility.
The use of substances is solely your responsibility and subject to the regulations applicable in your country. For any health question, consult a healthcare professional.
The application can be used without an account: in that case, data is stored on your device only. Creating an account, using an email address and a one-time code, lets you retrieve your data across multiple devices.
Permanent free access is offered. It tracks one peptide, with an unlimited number of recorded injections, the calculator, the injection site map, weight and effects tracking, and email reminders.
You are responsible for access to your email inbox, the sole means of signing in to your account.
Three paid plans are available:
The prices shown are what you pay, including any applicable taxes. No amount is added at the time of payment. Prices shown in an installed application are those set by the relevant store for your country and may differ from the prices on the site.
Prices may be changed at any time. The price that applies is the one shown at the time of the order. A price change to an ongoing subscription would be notified to you before it takes effect, and would leave you free to cancel.
On the site, payments are processed by Stripe. In the Android application, they are processed by Google Play. We never have access to your banking details.
Access to paid features opens as soon as payment is confirmed.
If a payment fails on a subscription, access is maintained during the payment provider's retry period. It is closed only if no payment succeeds by the end of that period.
The monthly and annual plans are renewed automatically at the end of each period, until cancellation. Lifetime access is never renewed and never results in any further charge.
You may cancel at any time, from the application settings, without having to justify your decision and at no cost. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for: you keep access until that date, and no new charge is made.
A subscription taken out in an installed application is cancelled from the relevant store, following its procedure.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or a country recognizing an equivalent right, you have a fourteen-day period from the date of subscription to withdraw, without having to justify your decision.
Our thirty-day guarantee, described in the following article, is more favorable to you and applies instead. We therefore do not ask you to waive your right of withdrawal in order to access the service immediately: you benefit from the longer period.
For purchases made in an installed application, the right of withdrawal is exercised according to the terms and procedure of the relevant store.
Purchases made on the site: you may request a full refund of your purchase within thirty days of it, with no reason required. A message to [email protected] is enough. The refund is made to the original payment method.
Purchases made in an application: the store is the seller and its refund procedure applies. Google Play itself handles requests made within forty-eight hours of purchase. After that period, send us your request: we review it in the same spirit as the guarantee above, within the limits of what the store allows us.
Refunding a subscription ends access to the paid features. Your data remains stored.
The end of a subscription does not erase any data. Your vials, injections and measurements remain recorded, and become accessible again if you resume paid access. In the meantime, you return to the free plan.
You can export your data at any time from the settings, as a downloadable file, and delete your account, which permanently erases the associated data.
Your peptides, doses and injections are neither sold nor used for advertising purposes. The processing of your personal data is described in our privacy policy.
The service is provided as is, with reasonable means to ensure its continuity. Interruptions may occur, in particular for maintenance or for a cause beyond our control.
Features evolve. They may be added, changed or removed. The removal of a substantial feature from an ongoing paid plan would give you the right to cancel with a pro rata refund.
We may suspend or close an account in the event of fraudulent use, an attempt to circumvent the limits of the free plan, or a breach of these terms.
Peptide Lab calculates and records what you decide. You remain solely responsible for the values entered, for verifying them, and for the decisions you make.
We cannot be held liable for your use of the substances you track, nor for the consequences of a data entry error, nor for any indirect damage.
Nothing in these terms limits the rights granted to you by the law of your country of residence as a consumer, or our liability in the event of gross or intentional misconduct.

Any complaint relating to an order may be sent to this same address.
These terms may be changed. The version applicable to your order is the one in force on the day of the order.
A change affecting an ongoing subscription would be notified to you by email before it takes effect, and would leave you free to cancel before then.
These terms are governed by the law of the State of Texas, United States, where the seller is located.
If you are a consumer, this clause does not deprive you of any mandatory protection granted by the law of your country of habitual residence, and you may bring proceedings before the courts of that country.
We seek an amicable solution before any action. Consumers in the European Union may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform, available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
