Peptide Lab Data 2026: What People Actually Track

Each account is counted once per category, so the shares add up to more than 100%. The picture is clear: the GLP-1 wave dominates, but recovery peptides remain a very close second, and one account in four mixes categories.

Among accounts that track a GLP-1 peptide, 38% also track a compound from another category, most often a recovery or skin peptide. The "one peptide, one goal" user is the minority.

Two findings stand out. First, retatrutide, a compound still in phase 3 trials, is tracked by three times more accounts than tirzepatide, an approved drug. Second, semaglutide, the peptide with by far the highest search volume, does not reach the reporting threshold: the people who track it use pens and pharmacy apps, not a reconstitution tracker.

The practical consequence: the same 10 mg vial is reconstituted with 1, 2 or 3 ml by different users, which changes the concentration by a factor of three. That is exactly why a reconstitution calculator matters more than any dosing chart.

• 26% of accounts track two or more different compounds; 14% track three or more.
• 41% of accounts logged at least one injection. Of those, about half logged a single injection and then stopped, and 22% logged four or more. Logging is a habit that most people try once.
• 70% of injections with a recorded site go in the abdomen (lower left and lower right quadrants first). Thighs and glutes make up most of the rest.
• 16% of accounts also track body weight inside the app.
• Among accounts that recorded a storage location, 89% keep reconstituted vials in the fridge.

Growth over the window: accounts created in August 2026 were more than double those created in July, and the first 13 days of September already reached 90% of August's saved vials.

• Source: the Peptide Lab production database, accounts created between 18 June and 13 September 2026. Guest-mode usage (data stored only on the device) is not included, so the sample is skewed toward people who log in.

• Threshold: any cell with fewer than 20 accounts is reported as "below threshold". Compound names were normalized (case, spacing, common misspellings) before counting.

• Privacy: aggregates only. No email, name, note, dose or individual log was read or exported. Dose values are deliberately not published (this site does not give dosing guidance).
• Limits: this is an early-adopter sample of a few hundred accounts from one app. It describes the people who use a tracker, not the whole peptide market.
