How Hexarelin Is Dosed

Hexarelin is a six-amino-acid growth-hormone-releasing peptide and one of the more potent growth-hormone secretagogues in its class.

A human dose-response study measured a plasma half-life of roughly 55 minutes (about 0.9 hours) after intravenous dosing (Ghigo et al., 1994, PMID 7957536). One well-documented property of hexarelin is desensitization, meaning the growth-hormone response tends to fade with continuous daily use.

Community protocols use roughly 100 to 200 mcg per subcutaneous injection, one to three times daily, usually from a 5 mg vial. The calculator converts your chosen mcg dose into exact syringe units.

Units = [Dose (mcg) ÷ 1000] ÷ Concentration × 100
